Tips and Guidelines for your Display Table Area

PLEASE, NO MYLAR BALLOONS - they interfere with the Lynnwood Convention Center's fire suppression and alert equipment
For your Display Table:
-
You can (for the most part) use your space as you wish
-
You will have some space in front of your table to create a small play space for children
Crafts:
-
You can set aside part of your table to share and do a craft with children at your table (your table comes with two chairs).
Craft guidelines
-
If you wouldn't make the craft in your nice living room at home, please don't bring the activity ;)
-
Please refrain from anything that requires a vacuum for clean up or that can damage carpet: Sand, rice, fake snow, glitter, playdoh
Electricity
-
Electricity is available for $56
-
Keep this in mind if you use a laptop or other sort of electronic display
-
Giveaway items
-
Giveaways that would be enticing to children and/or parents is a great way to encourage visitors to your booth.
-
Food and Drinks
-
Please limit edible giveaways to prepackaged treats
-
The Lynnwood Convention Center restricts drinks to 2oz tasting sizes - for this reason, we discourage providing beverages as giveaways.
